Eelphibian

this is one of my old design that I have done and his name is Eelphibian.

He is a hybrid of an eel and a amphibian allowing him to swim very fast and deep within the water, and allows him to go on land and jump far distance. Eelphibian is very sneaky and while inside the water he can blend with the water making him seem invisible. He is able to use electric ability and also slim to defend him self out and in the water. And the way he talks is weird because he has a frog tone of voice then a slither ire tone of voice going all at once.
